Resolution for Winding-up

In the Matter of

THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

and

WHITE SOFTWARE LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company held at Insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast, on 18th March 2003, the following resolutions were duly passed:

1.	Extraordinary Resolution
	That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and the company should be wound up voluntarily as a creditors voluntary liquidation.
2.	Ordinary Resolution
	That Sean Fox of Fox & Associates, insurance Chambers, 403 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7EW, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
