Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the final meeting of the members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Deloitte & Touche, 19 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7EJ, on 6th May 2003 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be lodged at the Deloitte & Touche, 19 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7EJ, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
