Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the power conferred on it by Article 37(4) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977, has made Regulations entitled Valuation (Natural Gas Undertaking) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003. The Regulations were made on 21st March 2003 to come into operation on 1st April 2003.
