Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 15(1)(a), 16(1), 25(1) and (3), 26(3) and 47(2) of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 has made Regulations entitled - Miscellaneous Food Additives (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. 2003 No. 158).

The Regulations come into operation on 2nd May 2003.
