The Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 122(1)(d), 129(2) and (4) and 171(1) and (3) to (6) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and now vested in it and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Department for Social Development has made regulations entitled: The Housing Benefit (General) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. 2003 No. 108).
