Department of the Environment
The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. 2003 No. 124).
These Regulations, which come into operation on 17th June 2003, extend the application of the Motor Vehicles (Approval) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 (S.R. 2001 No. 172) to include light goods vehicles.
