Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 2(2) and 39C of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977, has made an Order entitled the Valuation (Electricity) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003.

The Order was made on 14th February 2003, to come into operation on 1st April 2003.
