Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 56(6) and (7) of the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 has made an order entitled: The Juvenile Justice Board (Transfer of Functions) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (SR 2003 No. 137).

The Order transfers the functions of the Juvenile Board to the Secretary of State. It transfers employees of the Board to the employment of the civil service of Northern Ireland.

It comes into force on 1st April 2003.
