Notice is hereby given by a Deed Poll dated the 24th day of May 2002, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 28th day of February 2003, that Russell Alec Herfort as a person of 21 years and upwards, single and a British Citizen abandoned the surname of Cooper and assumed in lieu thereof a surname of Burke.
