Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 304 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the final meeting of the creditors of the above-named bankrupt will be held at the offices of M. P. Downey & Co., 35a Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7AA, on Friday, 18th April, 2003 at 2.00 pm, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Trustee showing the manner in which the administration has been conducted and the property of the bankrupt disposed of, and of hearing explanations by the Trustee. The meeting will also consider resolutions for the Trustee’s formal release from his position as Trustee.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of M. P. Downey & Co., 35a Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7AA, not later than 2.00 pm on 16th April, 2003.
