The Department for Employment and Learning in pursuance of Regulation 4 of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 hereby appoints Neil Patrick Cecil Drennan QC, to be a member of the panel of Chairmen to the Industrial Tribunals for Northern Ireland.
