Department of the Environment

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled: Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Designation of Relevant External law) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. 2003 No. 83).

This Order, which comes into operation on 3rd April 2003, designates the laws of Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey as making satisfactory provision for granting all classes of goods and passenger-carrying vehicle licence.
