Down BT30 8PA, presented on 13th May 2002, by the Department of Finance & Personnel, Rate Collection Agency of Oxford House, 49-55 Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 4HH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 3JE.
