Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 91 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a General Meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Offices of McClure Watters, Chartered Accountants, Thomas House, 14-16 James Street South, Belfast BT2 7GA, on the 27th day of August, 2002 at 10.00 am to be followed by a General Meeting of Creditors at 10.15 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings to date.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of McClure Watters, Chartered Accountants, Thomas House, 14-16 James Street South, Belfast BT2 7GA, no later than 12.00 noon on the 26th day of August, 2002.
