Notice is hereby given that on 13 October 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Falkirk by Yesss Electrical, Yesss House, Foxbridge Way, Normanton, WF6 1TN craving the Court inter alia that Strathclyde Skip Hire and Recycling Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC304390) and having its Registered Office at 13/Floor 2 Ironworks Business Centre, Castlelaurie Industrial Estate, Falkirk, Stirlingshire, Scotland, FK2 7XE (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 13 October 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
