Notice is hereby given that on 8 October 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Lanark by BIZCAP LIMITED, Suite 1, 7th Floor 50 Broadway, London, United Kingdom, SW1H 0DB, craving the Court inter alia that THE CROWN INN (BIGGAR) LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC387682) and having its Registered Office at 118 High Street, Lanark, Scotland, ML11 7ES (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Lanark by interlocutor dated 8 October 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
