Notice is hereby given that on 14 October 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife at Perth by Cross Developments Aberfeldy Ltd a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC680381) and having its registered office at 12 Dunkeld Street, Aberfeldy, Perth and Kinross PH15 2DA for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the said Cross Developments Aberfeldy Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC680381) and having its registered office at 12 Dunkeld Street, Aberfeldy, Perth and Kinross PH15 2DA (“the Company”) and that Alistair McAlinden and Geoff Jacobs, both Insolvency Practitioners of Interpath Ltd, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5HF be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; and in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 16 October 2026 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the Sheriff Clerk at Perth within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification; and meantime nominated and appointed the said Alistair McAlinden and Geoff Jacobs, both Insolvency Practitioners of Interpath Ltd, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5HF as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company declaring that in terms of section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that any act required or authorised under any enactment be done by either Joint Provisional Liquidator and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 all of which notice is hereby given.
