Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of Glens of Antrim Potatoes Limited (“the Company”) is to be held by correspondence under the provisions of paragraph 59 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (“the Schedule). The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting under paragraph 52 of the Schedule.
The purpose of the meeting is to approve the Joint Administrators’ Proposals as circulated to creditors, whether a creditors committee should be formed and to seek approval of the Joint Administrators’ post-appointment remuneration and expenses. Any creditor who has not received a copy of the Proposals or the requisite Form 2.25B to allow them to vote on the business of the meeting, can obtain a copy by contacting the Joint Administrators’ office on +44 289 002 0754.
In order for your vote to be registered, a Form 2.25B must be received by post (Interpath Advisory, Suite 402, The Kelvin, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast, BT1 6DH) or via email (ronan.mckee@interpath.com) no later than 12.00 noon on 9 November 2026. Your vote should be accompanied by a statement in writing giving details of the debt due to the creditor by the Company.
