NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, by an Order of the High Court of Justice dated 19 May 2026 in proceedings under claim number CR-2025-LIV-000301 (the "Order"), the Court has directed, inter alia, that:

1. The board of directors are to convene a meeting of the shareholders of the Company for the purposes of varying the Company’s memorandum of association to permit the sale or transfer of any property held by the Company; and
