Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by UKBH Limited (SC541159) craving the Court inter alia that Kinnettles Castle Limited having its registered office at 2 West Acres, St Andrews, Fife, United Kingdom, KY16 9UD be wound up by the Court and that Graham David Smith and Callum Angus Carmichael, Insolvency Practitioners, FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 40/42 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2LE be appointed to act as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 22 September 2026 DUN-L141-26 appointed the said Graham David Smith and Callum Angus Carmichael, Insolvency Practitioners, FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 40/42 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2LE to act as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
