Subsequently, at a Physical Meeting of creditors of the above- named Company, duly convened, and held on 2 October 2026 at 10:30 am, the creditors resolved as follows: "That Liam Alexander Short (IP No. 14570) of Macintyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU and Phil Nunney (IP No. 9507) of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
