RETRACTION OF NOTICE

A notice of a meeting of creditors of the above named Company, convened pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, to take place on 21 September 2026, was published in the Belfast Gazette on 14 September 2026.

The meeting did not proceed. No resolution for the winding-up of the Company was passed, and no Liquidator has been appointed. As a result, the Company is not in creditors’ voluntary liquidation, and the notice referred to above is hereby retracted in its entirety.
