Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by Gilson Gray LLP, 29 Rutland Square, Edinburgh EH1 2BW craving the Court inter alia that Inter City Fibre Installations Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC763478) and having its Registered Office at 27 Eastmuir Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G32 0HS (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 22 September 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
