Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14 and 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that Cindy Dalgleish, a director of the Company and the convener, is convening a physical meeting of creditors.

The prescribed proportion of creditors having objected to the proposed decision by deemed consent, that decision cannot be treated as having been made and the deemed consent procedure has been superseded.

The meeting will be held at Farleys Solicitors LLP, 196 Deansgate, Manchester M3 3WF at 11.00 am on 12 October 2026.

The convener has discretion to permit a creditor to attend a physical meeting remotely if the convener receives a request to do so in advance of the meeting. The meeting will consider the nomination of Joint Liquidators and whether a liquidationcommittee should be established. The members’ meeting will be held on 12 October 2026, when members will consider aresolution for the voluntary winding up of the Company. Creditors may attend and vote at the physical meeting in person or by proxy. A corporate creditor may be represented by a duly authorised representative or a proxy-holder. Any proxy intended to be used at the meeting must be delivered to the convener or chair before it is used. To be entitled to vote, creditors must deliver a proof of debt, unless already delivered, by 4:00pm on 9 October 2026, unless the chair is content to accept a proof delivered later. The proof must identify the creditor and state the amount claimed. Creditors whose debts are treated as small debts must nevertheless deliver a proof if they wish to vote. Proofs and proxies must be delivered to Cindy Dalgleish, the convener, care of Radford Advisory Limited, Atlantic Business Centre, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, WA14 5NQ, or by email to info@radfordadvisory.com. A proxy may also be delivered to the chair at the meeting before it is used.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors wishing to vote must provide particulars of their security, the date on which it was given and its estimated value.

John Radford and Edward Bible, of Radford Advisory Limited, Atlantic Business Centre, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, WA14 5NQ, are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the Company. Their respective insolvency practitioner numbers are 24150 and 9256. During the period before the meeting, they will furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as creditors may reasonably require.
