Notice is hereby given that on 21 September 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stornoway Sheriff Court by Parts + Stornoway Limited craving the Court inter alia that Parts + Stornoway Limited having its registered office at 20 Inaclete Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2RB be wound up by the Court and that George Dylan Lafferty, Insolvency Practitioner of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU be appointed to act as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 21 September 2026 (STO-L2-26) appointed the said George Dylan Lafferty, Insolvency Practitioner of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to act as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Stornoway Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service of advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
