Notice is hereby given that on 11 September 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by NPOWER COMMERCIAL GAS LIMITED, WINDMILL HILL BUSINESS PARK, WHITEHILL WAY, SWINDON, SN5 6PB craving the court inter alia to order that ELGIN HOTELS SCOTLAND LTD having their registered office at 83 HIGH STREET, INVERURIE, AB51 3QJ, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime, that Brian Milne and Alistair Mitchell be appointed Provisional Liquidators of the said company, in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 15 September 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; Further by interlocutor dated eo die appointed the said Brian Milne and Alistair Mitchell as Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
