Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by David Taylor, residing at 22 Hill Street, Ladybank, Fife, KY15 7NP, for an Order in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up EAST NEUK SPIRIT COMPANY LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC704495) and having its registered office at Bucktorn Farm, Upper Largo, Leven, Fife, KY8 6EA.
