NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition presented to the Sheriff Court at Perth at the instance of Propel Finance No. 1 Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Tam Shilliday Plant Hire & Groundworks Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC304168 and having its registered office at Braefoot Yard, Haugh of Ballechin, Ballinluig, Perthshire, PH9 0LN, be wound up by the Court, was dismissed by Sheriff Wood by Interlocutor dated 7 September 2026.

The Court found no expenses due to or by either party and dispensed with intimation and advertisement of the deliverance.
