NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Article 80 the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final general meeting of the Company will be held at Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Carter Building, 11 Pilgrim St, London, EC4V 6RN on 12 October 2026 at 10:00am, to consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolutions:-

Ordinary Resolutions

1. “THAT the Joint Liquidators' Final Report be approved.”

2. “THAT the Joint Liquidators' be granted their release once a report on the outcome of the Final Meeting has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 Article 145(6)(a).”

Special Resolution

3. “THAT the books, accounts and documents of the Company be disposed of one year from dissolution of the Company.”

A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him / her. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Carter Building, 11 Pilgrim St, London, EC4V 6RN no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
