Notice is hereby given that The following Special Resolution (1) together with the remaining Ordinary Resolution(s) were passed by the Members of the Company by written resolutions. The requisite voting majority was received on 7 September 2026.

1) That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2) That Edward M Avery-Gee of CG&Co, 27 Byrom Street, Manchester, M3 4PF and Rikki Burton of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners, 1st Floor, Fairclough House, Church Street, Chorley, PR7 4EX, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

3) That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.
