Notice is hereby given that on 27 August 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Dundee Sheriff Court by COLLISION REPAIR GROUP LIMITED, Burnside House, craving the Court inter alia that MAC AUTO INVESTMENTS LIMITED T/A PAINT TEC FIFE ARC, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC673708) and having its Registered Office at 4 Valentine Court, Dunsinane Industrial Estate, Dundee, Scotland, DD2 3QB (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Dundee by interlocutor dated 27 August 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
