NOTICE OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF THE COMPANY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Final General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on 22 October 2026 at 10.00 am at the offices of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 6th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP and via MS Teams.

The meeting is called pursuant to Section 80(1) of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, for the purpose of laying before it the account and giving an explanation of it.

A Member entitled to attend, and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.

The following resolutions will be considered at the General Meeting:

1. That the Liquidator`s Final Report be approved.

2. That the Liquidator be granted his release.

A proxy form for use at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Moore Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, 6th Floor, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP or by email to Ankit.Patel@mks.co.uk no later than 4:00pm on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
