NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 17 September 2026 at 10.15 am, for the purpose of seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators by way of a virtual meeting.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting by way of Microsoft Teams.
