Notice is hereby given that, upon the application of Robert Neil Dymond, Gareth David Rusling and Robert A. H Maxwell as the Joint Liquidators ('the Applicants`) of Newark Golf Club Company Limited(The) (In Liquidation) ('the Company`) pursuant to section 112 of the Insolvency Act 1986 dated 19 May 2026 ('the Application`) the Applicants, by way of the Application, intend to make a distribution to individuals that qualified as a Member of the Company by virtue of having been a fully paid-up Member as at the date of the Administration (16 July 2024) including for the membership year beginning in April 2024 and ending in March 2025.

Pursuant to the order of the Court dated 10th August 2026:

1. The Application is adjourned to 11am on 2 December 2026 at Leeds Combined Court Centre, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG.

2. Any individual that intends to assert a claim of entitlement to a distribution on the basis that they qualify as being a Member must write to the Applicants` legal representatives setting out their representations as to entitlement at Irwin Mitchell LLP, Riverside East, 2 Millsands, Sheffield, S3 8DT for the attention of Curtis Blackham by no later than 16:00 on 28 October 2026.
