Constantinos Pedhiou (IP Number: 014852) and Yiannis Koumettou (IP Number: 015676), both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, whose contact address is Suite 501, Unit 2, 94A Wycliffe Road, Northampton, NN1 5JF, were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 18 October 2024.

We intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is our intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 2 October 2026.

The dividend being declared will be a first and final dividend.

Unsecured creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 2 October 2026 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.

Creditors with a small debt

Small debt creditors, whose amounts owed to them are less than £1,000 (inclusive of VAT), will not be treated as having proved their claim for the purposes of paying a dividend.
