NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 233 of the Companies Act 1931 as applied by Section 182 of the Companies Act 2006, that a General Final Meeting of Shareholders, followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 9/F, St. George’s Building, 2 Ice House Street, Central, Hong Kong on 15 October 2026 at 08:30 a.m. (British Summer Time) / 03:30 p.m.. (Hong Kong Time) and 09:00 a.m. (British Summer Time) / 04:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) respectively for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of and that the Liquidation should be concluded and the Liquidator released.

Proxy forms must be lodged at projectcbcl@alvarezandmarsal.com as soon as possible, and in any event not later than 04:00 p.m. (British Summer Time) / 11:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 14 October 2026.
