1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be make the following changes;

Ivy Street

a) From the extended boundary line of the western flank wall of number 66 - extend the existing double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions by 13.9m eastwards on both sides of the road.

b) introduce double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions starting 43m east of number 13 for a distance of 9.6m south easterly along the new kerbline.

Hoxton Street

c) 1.1m north of the southern wall of number 241/243 remove 3m of shared use parking bay and replace it with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

3. Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
