Notice is hereby given that on 10 August 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Lanark by Bizcap Limited, Suite 1, 7th Floor, 50 Broadway, London, SW1H 0DB craving the Court inter alia that Mouse Valley Plant Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC194525) and having its Registered Office at Eastend Quarry, Cleghorn, Lanark, ML11 8NR (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Lanark by interlocutor dated 10 August 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
