Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Falcon Cliff, Palace Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 4LB on 30 September 2026 at 11:00 for the purpose of having an account laid before the members and to receive the liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator. Members entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member.
