Notice is hereby given that on 17 August 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Bizcap Limited, Suite 1, 7th Floor, craving the Court inter alia that The Weston (Kilmaurs) Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC790177) and having its Registered Office at 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by interlocutor dated 17 August 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
