The Trustees of the British Electrical & Manufacturing Company Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (the Scheme) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person having or claiming to have any interest in, entitlement to, or claim against the assets of the Scheme (whether as a member, former member, beneficiary, dependant, creditor or otherwise) is required to send particulars in writing of such interest, entitlement or claim to the Trustees at c/o Bemco, Clavering House, Clavering Place, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3NG (being a date not less than two months from the date of this notice). After that date, the Trustees will proceed to secure and distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to the interests, entitlements and claims of which they have had notice. The Trustees will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose interest, entitlement or claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution.
