1. In this Notice the following shall apply:

Interest: Lease dated 5 September 1938 made between Handsworth Wood Estates Limited (1) and Newman & Co. (Builders) Limited (2) in relation to property described as ALL THAT piece of land forming part of the Company's Tower Hill Estate at Great Barr in the City of Birmingham situate on the northeast side of Rockford Road the said piece of land having a frontage of seventy-six yards two feet six inches to the said road and containing in area five thousand six hundred and forty square yards or thereabouts and being more particularly delineated on the plan annexed hereto and thereon edged round with the colour red.

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by S.1013 of the Companies Act 2006 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown's title (if any) in the Property the vesting of the Property having come to his notice on 10 March 2025.
