A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 4 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN, presented on 20 July 2026 by the Company acting by Paul Mallatratt and Ian Michael Rose of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited of Unit 6, Twelve O'Clock Court, 21 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S4 7WW, the Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 8 September 2026 at 10:00am at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).
