We, Russell Payne (IP No. 11530) and Charles Hamilton Turner (IP No. 9195) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB hereby give notice that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company on 12 August 2026 by a resolution of members.
