This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") . It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the decision procedure, Darren Wilson of DKF Insolvency Limited, 6 Royal Mews, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 1DB (telephone number 01702 333 105), who was appointed by the members and creditors.

It is proposed that the following decisions to be made: 1. That a Liquidation Committee is not established. 2. That the basis of the Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed.

The decision date is 23.59 hours on 7 September 2026

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4pm on 7 September 2026. All voting forms must be delivered to the convener by 23.59 hours on 7 September 2026.

Creditors who meet one or more of the statutory thresholds listed below may, within 5 business days from the date of the delivery of the Notice to creditors, require a physical meeting to be held to consider the matter. Statutory thresholds to request a meeting: 10% in value of the creditors; 10% in number of the creditors; 10 creditors.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.
