Notice to Unsecured Creditors James Neill and John Donaldson of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP were appointed Joint Liquidators of Gola Wood Works Ltd on 17 October 2025.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Rule 11.02 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that it is our intention to declare a first and final Prescribed Part dividend to unsecured creditors of the above-named Company within four months of the last date of proving.

The last date for unsecured creditors to prove their claim in order to participate is 15 September 2026.

No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.

Unsecured creditors should send their claims via email to James McMullan of this office at james.mcmullan@kpmg.ie. If so requested by us, unsecured creditors may be asked to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary to substantiate their claims.

Unsecured creditors who have not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from this unsecured prescribed part dividend and will not be entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in that dividend, the distribution of that dividend.
