A General Meeting of the Member of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Article 80 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of receiving an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up is being conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

The meeting will be held as follows:

The following resolutions will be considered at the meeting: -

1. To vote FOR / AGAINST the resolution accepting the Liquidator’s Receipts and Payments Account Report for the entire period of the Liquidation.

2. To vote FOR / AGAINST the resolution that the Liquidator may obtain his release from office.

3. To vote FOR / AGAINST the resolution that the Liquidator may dispose of the books and records of the company 12 months after his release.

A proxy form must be lodged with me no later than 12.00 noon on 24 September 2026, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
