NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by SIPS Homes Burntisland Limited, on 10 August 2026 craving the Court inter alia to order SIPS Homes Burntisland Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland (company number SC651882), having its registered office at Crossway Donibristle Industrial Estate, Dalgety Bay, Fife, KY11 9JE (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint James Bernard Stephen of BDO LLP, 2 Atlantic Square, Glasgow G2 8NJ and Kerry Fanchina Baily of BDO LLP, Eden Building, Irwell Street, Salford, Manchester M3 5AN, both Insolvency Practitioners, to be Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company, and to appoint notice of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in the ‘Edinburgh Gazette’ and ‘The Courier’, in which Sheriff Gilchrist by Interlocutor dated 17 August 2026 ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with Kilmarnock Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
