IN MEMBERS` VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual and Final meeting of the members of Oakdene Renewable Energy Ltd will be held at 10:30 am on 15 September 2026. The meeting will be held at the offices of McAleer Jackson Ltd, Church House, 24 Dublin Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1HE.

The meeting is called pursuant to Articles 79 and 80 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to receive any explanation that may be considered necessary. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

The following resolutions will be considered at the meeting:

1.That the Liquidator?s final progress report and receipts and payments account be approved together with the uplift in the Liquidator?s fee.

2.That the liquidator be released and discharged.

3. That 12 months after the dissolution of the company that the company?s books and records can be destroyed.

4. In the absence of any objections to the contrary then the final Liquidator?s Progress Report and receipts and payments will be deemed to be accepted, and the Liquidator receives her release and that the books and records of the company can be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the offices of McAleer Jackson Ltd, Church House, 24 Dublin Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1HE or by email to alisonburnside@mmjca.com no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
