Engineering Company (Dundee) Limited having its registered office at Unit 1 Angus Works, Tannadice Street, Dundee, Tayside, DD3 7PT be wound up by the Court and that Steven Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, Dains, 169 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed to act as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 11 August 2026 (DUN-L112-26) appointed the said Steven Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, Dains, 169 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB to act as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
